We offer two management packages:

Comfort Management Plus - €59/month per address - Includes administrative, technical and financial management of your revenue property. If required, can be combined with our rental services of all-in rental package.

Total Care Rental Package - €105/month per address - Combines all the services of our all-in rental package and Comfort Management Plus management package, including administrative, technical and financial management of your revenue property.

All prices include 21% VAT, no fine print, and no surprises.
